This Confusist temple has been a place for schoolchildren to pray for good grades on their exams for nearly 1,000 years! These building eventually became the country's first Univeristy in the 1700s, but today it serves as a relic to the importance of education. Roam the historic gardens and temples where Hanoians still place fruits, snacks, and offerings to be blessed by the Chinese philosopher himself. The site even has the names of students who received good grades over the millennia etched into statues of turtles. Make sure to arrive before 9 am which is when the hoards of tour busses arrive!
