Tucked away on a small island just north of the Old Quarter this Italian/Japanese fusion restaraunt is the size of a hallway, but has enough charm to spill into the streets via the quaint outdoor seating. Lucy is the owner, chef, server, and one of two employees. The interior feels like a small Tokyo ramen shop with bar seating around the kitchen where Lucy prepares each meal delicately right in front of you. Squid ink pasta, fresh Italian salads, Japanese wagyu beef, and giant garlic prawns will have you wondering if you are really in Hanoi.
